TIME to start training
Since my time table is to packed i have decided to start back my training as yah I am starting to grow fat again so since on week days day time no time have to make use of evening walk /jog home... Then after dinner if got mood, no work and weather is good may go cycling or running.. then week ends if can sat also go running or jogging or swimming at least one la... now have to force myself to keep to this time table if not sure will be very lazy.... hope I can do it till I finish my attachment, then may have to change or plans again but will sure still keep in shape... must make myself do it.....
